At The Malt House works included both the conversion and the construction of a new wing to more than doubling the original size. There was also a complete remodelling of the existing wing, the construction of a separate structure housing new ensuites and dressing room areas. All works were designed to integrate contemporary touches within this c18 building, seamlessly merging original features and new structure. The new wing, was made entirely with steel portal frames to allow for vaulted ceilings, mezzanine spaces throughout and an elegant double height reception hall.
