Acting as planning agents and principal designers, we provide end-to-end services for both new-build developments and the conversion of existing buildings — increasingly alongside integrated electric vehicle (EV) charging hubs.

Our work spans every stage of the process, including planning applications, advertisement consent, highways coordination, and building control. As principal designer under CDM, we bring together all consultants to ensure layouts are fully coordinated and ready for construction, with careful consideration of vehicle movement, dwell time, and the integration of EV infrastructure.
