We work with Costa Coffee franchisees across the UK and have delivered over 3,000 store designs, spanning new-build locations and the refurbishment and re-imaging of existing stores.

As architects, interior designers and planning consultants, we provide end-to-end support from site acquisition through to delivery. Our approach aligns operational requirements, demographic insight and planning strategy to create commercially effective, well-resolved environments.

We produce coordinated fit-out packages ready for construction and manage all statutory and third-party approvals, including Building Control, landlord consents and local authority compliance. We also act as Principal Designer where required under CDM.

Our planning experience covers new-build units, change of use, extensions and remodelling, as well as advertisement consent and highways negotiations, with a strong track record of securing permissions for Costa Coffee developments.

We also explore innovative formats, including “Costa Crate”, an award-winning concept delivered within repurposed shipping containers.
