This exceptional redevelopment transforms a former veterinary clinic atop Blue Bell Hill into an elegant, contemporary residence that capitalises on its commanding vantage point. The design encompasses a comprehensive conversion, thoughtful extension, and meticulous remodelling, sensitively integrating modern living within the existing fabric.

Central to our design strategy is reorienting the home to exploit the sweeping panoramic views across the Kentish landscape — embracing natural daylight and maximising visual connections with the countryside . A significant amount of structural and interior work has been undertaken, with the project now moving into the final landscaping and finishing phases. The result is a refined family home that remains true to its site’s topography and original character while offering a contemporary aesthetic and improved spatial flow for modern living.
