We are currently undertaking a comprehensive internal remodel of this estate, which involves a full strip-out down to the core structure. A newly designed 300m² basement will extend outward over the site's terraced hills, providing spectacular and expansive views of the South Downs National Park. The architectural design thoughtfully combines traditional elements with sleek, contemporary features, resulting in a seamless flow throughout the property where every corner and doorway unveils a stunning and inspiring space. Works are expected to complete by autumn 2025.
